📋 Description
• Manage own portfolio of customers • Onboard new customers • Assist with technical set-up of SWIFT platform • Provide client support on Financial Messaging / SWIFT related queries • Deliver training for internal teams • Participate in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• 3 – 7 years of experience in the field • Strong knowledge of SWIFT connectivity solutions & other SWIFT services • Strong knowledge of Financial Messaging protocols: SwiftNet, API, Host to Host • Strong knowledge of MT and MX (ISO20022) messages • Good understanding of the financial industry ecosystem • Proficient in English (any other language is a plus)
