📋 Description

• Support the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) of a legislative customer • Lead the project from initiation to closure • Manage the project work plan and establish a structured framework • Produce weekly written status reports • Design and facilitate participative stakeholder planning sessions • Conduct environmental and organizational analysis, including SWOT analysis • Revise and finalize the updated OCIO Directional Plan • Develop communications materials supporting the updated Directional Plan • Maintain version-controlled documentation throughout the period

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field required • Master's degree preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior government executives • Expert knowledge of IT strategic and directional planning • Demonstrated expertise in strategic plan development • Experience designing and leading participative planning sessions with senior leadership • Experience developing and applying methodology for tracking progress toward strategic goals • Experience creating and editing official deliverable-quality documents and reports • Proficiency in graphic design or visual communication sufficient to produce high-quality graphical representations of plans • Availability between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays
