📋 Description
• Design graphics for brochures, posters, reports, social media, websites, and presentations • Apply branding and style guides consistently across visual products • Collaborate with communications teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and align with strategic goals • Develop creative concepts, infographics, illustrations, and layouts to present data and narratives • Revise and refine designs based on feedback to produce high-quality final deliverables • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of graphic assets • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design output
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 2 years with a Master’s degree or higher in a related field • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and other industry-standard design tools • Strong portfolio demonstrating design for both print and digital platforms • Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and receive constructive feedback • Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail • U.S. Citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
