📋 Description
• Resolve corrective maintenance items, ensuring system stability. • Participate in development projects, creating new features using the team's programming languages (C#, Python). • Develop automated tests to ensure delivery quality. • Create and modify database schemas (relational and non-relational). • Perform adjustments in staging and production environments, ensuring continuous operation of applications. • Manage environment releases and resolve potential integration or deployment issues. • Interact with internal and external clients to understand needs and propose appropriate solutions. • Design application architectures, ensuring scalability and best practices. • Act as technical owner for projects, removing blockers and supporting the team in technical decisions. • Research and propose new tools and solutions to increase development efficiency and quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong proficiency in the main technologies used at the company, especially C# and Python. • Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Experience in code optimization and performance best practices. • Ability to create and maintain automated tests. • Knowledge of REST APIs (design, consumption, and versioning). • Experience with environment configuration and deployments. • Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical support. • Understanding of business rules and the ability to translate them into technical language (and vice versa). • Knowledge and application of SOLID principles.
