• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ challenges and opportunities, acting as a strategic consultant to ensure their success with Tuotempo. • Maintain ongoing communication with customers, collecting feedback, identifying new needs, and encouraging adoption of new features. • Proactively identify upsell opportunities, driving engagement with the platform and increasing the value delivered to customers. • Analyze and support customers who are facing difficulties, helping to overcome objections and presenting effective solutions. • Monitor relevant metrics to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. • Collect and structure data-driven feedback to contribute to product improvements.
• Previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management. • Excellent communication skills, with clear argumentation and the ability to synthesize strategic information. • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers at different organizational levels. • Analytical mindset, with attention to data and detail for strategic decision-making. • Intermediate to advanced English, with strong written comprehension and reading interpretation skills. • Nice to have: Previous experience in the software (SaaS) industry. • Nice to have: Experience in B2B upselling.
