• Conduct consultative sales of the NOA product to customers in our existing Brazilian client base; • Optimize filtering and prospecting to capture potential B2C leads; • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, scheduling, product demonstration, follow-up, and closing; • Contribute to achieving the team's KPIs and targets; • Map current customer usage of the products to identify opportunities to improve outcomes, focusing on customer loyalty and retention; • Escalate technical issues to the support team, ensuring the product functions properly for customers.
• Experience in B2C consultative selling (preferably in the technology or healthcare sectors); • Ability to conduct product demonstrations in a clear, instructive, and concise manner; • Organized, disciplined, and strong sales pipeline management; • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); • Comfortable with technology, knowledge of AI, and ability to present technical arguments; • Results-oriented and highly adaptable, with a focus on expansion targets; • Knowledge of customer retention best practices is a plus.
