• Active outbound prospecting to B2C customers (Outbound SDR) via phone, WhatsApp, and email • Lead qualification and conducting needs-diagnosis based on healthcare professionals' pain points • Scheduling and conducting online sales meetings • Presenting and consultatively selling our products • Use of SPIN Selling methodology • Full CRM (HubSpot) record-keeping and pipeline management • Collaboration with Marketing and Customer Success teams
