• Support and operationalize go-to-market strategies targeting chain and app users. • Assist in screening, onboarding, and engaging with ecosystem projects building on Base across Brazil. • Proactively check in with teams weekly to assess their progress and identify areas where Base can support. • Manage and grow our local ambassador team, helping them succeed with clear guidance and regular support. • Actively conduct outreach to creators on Web2 platforms (e.g., X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), with a focus on engaging video creators to drive awareness and adoption. • Coordinate Base’s presence at local conferences, hackathons, and community events (flights, passes, event booths, etc.). • Execute both in-person and virtual activations to drive developer engagement and awareness. • Contribute to operational process improvements by building internal tools, dashboards, or automation scripts. • Track project health and ecosystem growth through CRM tools and lightweight reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Prior experience in business development, partner management, or growth and marketing. • Self-starter who can work independently and takes initiative. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across different cultures and languages (Portuguese and English). • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn basic scripting or automation (e.g., N8N, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Python). • Passionate and experienced in crypto, web3, and supporting builders in emerging ecosystems. • Prior experience working in regional teams, managing communities, or ambassador programs. • Hands-on experience in event operations or logistics (especially in tech/startup contexts). • Familiarity with developer communities, startup accelerators, or venture capital networks in Brazil. • Background in engineering or technical project management. • Familiarity with the Base ecosystem. • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable, Notion) to manage pipelines and contacts.
