📋 Description
• Manage the construction process for new, relocated and expanded stores • Manage remodels and renovations of existing stores • Confirm construction progress and schedule effectively • Simultaneously manage 30–50 projects per year • Provide cost estimates on new projects • Communicate with landlords and Dollar Tree partners • Ensure quality and financial standards are met • Hold stakeholders accountable for timely delivery • Conduct project autopsies to identify lessons learned
🎯 Requirements
• 5-10+ years of construction project management experience in the retail industry • Minimum of 5 years of ground-up building construction experience • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word primarily, PowerPoint preferred) • Technical training and/or experience in building code, estimating, mechanical, electrical and/or structural disciplines • College degree in a construction related field • Familiarity and prior involvement with store fixturing, planning, operations and/or merchandising.
