• Client Advocacy: Guiding clients through every step, ensuring timely communication, arranging transportation for medical treatments when necessary. • Case Coordination: Opening and managing client files in case management software, tracking progress, gathering documents, ordering medical records, obtaining photos, fulfilling FOIA requests. • Team Collaboration: Working with law firm counterparts, insurance companies, and medical providers; collaborate with Client Case Manager Auditors to address deficiencies. • Oversight & Reporting: Managing medical requests and treatment plans, adherence to schedules, preparing reports; oversee case billings, budgets, timelines. • Compliance: Adhering to software policies and procedures; meeting KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of two years of legal case management experience (preferred) and any prior insurance industry experience. • Extensive knowledge of healthcare and legal processes in personal injury; knowledge of medical records, legal documents, and HIPAA practices. • Superior follow-up, organizational, and document management skills with attention to detail. • Fluent English at C1 level or above, both written and verbal; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Bilingual abilities are a significant plus. • Independent & collaborative spirit; able to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software; strong typing skills; willingness to learn new technologies. • Empathy and professionalism in client interactions. • Educational background: High School Diploma required; BS/BA in Business or equivalent experience preferred; Paralegal certificate a plus.
