• 4–6 years of experience in US immigration (e.g., at a law firm, vendor, or in-house program) • Experience managing high-volume immigration programs • Familiarity with US work authorization categories (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, PERM, green card) • Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy • Clear and collaborative communication skills • Experience with case management systems or centralized vendor platforms
