• 2–4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, system administration, or related go-to-market support function. • Experience working with sales systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or related workflow tools. • Ability to translate system requirements and feedback into clear documentation, processes, and training content. • Experience supporting sales or post-sales teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment. • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining systems, processes, or technical concepts. • A detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with a passion for scalable workflow design. • Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Sales Ops, and RevOps teams.
