📋 Description

• Responsible for adapting and executing the long-term vision and strategy for Mobile Solutions • Manages the lifecycle, steers assigned solutions, supports local Market Organizations • Specifies products and solutions thinking from the customer's perspective, prioritizes product development roadmaps • Manages global Mobile Solutions portfolio adhering to AIM and SAFe Process • Supervises product lifecycle from idea till phase out • Creates and maintains a roadmap that outlines features, functionalities, and enhancements • Plans product launches including go-to-market strategies and communication plans • Works closely with cross-cluster teams to respect different customer needs • Ensures smooth execution of the roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams • Tracks product performance, analyses user feedback, customer satisfaction for improvements

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years working experience required • Access Control industry background preferred but not mandatory • PM/PMM, Business Development, Sales or Engineering background favoured • Degree in engineering, business economics, marketing, communications
