📋 Description

• Responsible for writing architectural specifications to support end users, architects, and design build firms. • Support the entire portfolio of dormakaba’s solutions and products. • Interact with architects, contractors, and owners throughout the project. • Ensure specifications meet relevant building codes and local codes. • Prepare catalog cuts and product specific information as requested by the architect.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in the door/hardware or a related industry. • Proven knowledge of IBC-International Building Code, NFPA 101-Life Safety, NFPA 80-Fire Doors and Frames, NFPA 105 and all ADA-Americans with Disabilities Act compliance regulations.
