📋 Description
• Work with the CEO, CTO, designer, and engineering team to design new features and improve existing features • Talk to lots of customers and prospects to understand what's important to them • Talk to the Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to prioritize features that would help them achieve company goals • Write lots of tickets and answer clarifying questions from the engineers • Use product as a lever to drive business outcomes (MRR, new product adoption, etc.)
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of product management experience experience at a startup • You care intensely about user experience • You can read and understand API docs at a high level (e.g., the QuickBooks API) • Some accounting experience or experience with accounting-related products is required
