📋 Description

• Lead UI design across multiple digital platforms with pixel-perfect execution • Build and maintain a scalable, robust Figma design system (Auto Layout, variables, component sets, organizing and publishing libraries, and interactive prototyping) • Collaborate closely with engineers to convert designs into real, functioning features; communicate using HTML/CSS/JS and ideally React • Apply design thinking: user research, problem framing, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement • Bring clarity to complexity for data-heavy, visually rich experiences • Work with Framer design, development, and deployment processes (bonus) • Communicate and partner with data providers, developers, and the DeFi community; operate at startup speed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UI design • Figma god-level skills: Auto Layout, variables, component sets, organizing and publishing libraries, and prototyping • Basic coding know-how in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; ideally some experience with React • Solid practice of the design thinking process (user research, problem framing, ideation, prototyping, testing, iterative refinement) • Portfolio demonstrating elegant, data-centric UI work • Proven ability to drive product-forward work end-to-end • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments and able to own design strategy and execution • Strong communication skills for team collaboration and presenting to stakeholders • Automating and optimizing design workflows • Web3/DeFi experience (bonus) • English proficiency
