📋 Description

• You are responsible for building, enhancing and operating our Power BI-based reporting and analytics platform. • You create, automate and optimize dashboards, reports and KPIs for management and business units. • You actively contribute to defining and implementing our company-wide BI strategy – from architecture and data governance to reporting standards. • You integrate data from systems such as AMS, DATEV, Google Ads/Analytics, the booking engine and other internal or external sources, and independently develop data models, ETL processes and dataflows. • You ensure data quality and compliance with governance requirements and data protection regulations. • You lead and coordinate BI projects – from requirements gathering through design and implementation to rollout – and work closely with IT, Controlling, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to foster a data-driven company culture.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in (business) computer science, business administration/economics or a comparable qualification, and you think analytically, in a structured way and with a solution focus. • You have several years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and are confident in classical or agile project management. • Experience with DATEV, Google Ads/Analytics or booking systems is a plus. • Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M) and SQL are your primary tools. • You are experienced in data integration, interfaces (REST APIs, CSV, Excel, databases), ETL processes and data modeling. • You take initiative, work independently, think proactively and can explain complex topics clearly. • Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
