📋 Description

• Build scalable, high-performance data infrastructure • Design and maintain real-time and batch data pipelines using Kafka, Databricks, and Snowflake • Develop reliable data solutions for business-critical reporting and analytics • Build AI-powered data experiences for data exploration and analysis • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics-ready datasets • Design and optimize modern data models (Star Schema, Data Vault) • Drive best practices for data engineering and mentor teammates • Collaborate in an agile environment to support evolving business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms and distributed data systems • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, and cloud-based data platforms • Familiarity with AWS and DevOps tools (Terraform, PagerDuty, Datadog) • Understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and data modeling techniques • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) • Proficient with AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, Codex) • Strong communication and collaboration skills
