📋 Description
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the DraftKings Exchange • Drive real-time operational and technical support • Manage customer and partner operational relationships • Partner with Engineering, Product, Regulatory, and Analytics teams • Guide the development and enhancement of operational tools • Analyze operational and market data for improvements • Develop expertise in prediction markets and emerging trends
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in market operations, exchange operations, or similar • Deep knowledge of exchange and market structure concepts • Proven experience leading operational initiatives • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience using data to evaluate operational performance • A passion for prediction markets and financial markets
