📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and automation workflows powering AI-driven applications • Develop custom integrations and connectors between internal services and external APIs • Build and operate enterprise knowledge systems, including similarity search, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines • Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of automation and workflow systems • Implement observability, logging, alerting, and business metrics • Contribute to platform tooling using full-code solutions and workflow automation platforms such as n8n • Deliver clean, testable, production-ready code with documentation and operational guides • Communicate technical concepts to engineering and non-engineering audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience • Proficiency in one or more of Python, TypeScript, or C# • Experience designing, building, and operating production-grade services, integrations, or automation systems • Solid understanding of RAG, agents, and LLM tools • Practical knowledge of vector databases, similarity search, and retrieval optimization • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture • Strong focus on testing, observability, and backend performance • Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n, or willingness to learn • Ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term maintainability • Ability to work effectively with engineers and non-engineers • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
