📋 Description

• Manage the commercial analytics roadmap — prioritizing enhancements, new reports, and process improvements in alignment with business objectives. • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities, translate them into analytical requirements, and ensure deliverables address vetted and high-impact needs. • Map and integrate data across disparate sources to create unified, analysis-ready views of business performance for use in Excel and Power BI. • Ensure proactive product coding and hierarchy maintenance across data sources to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting and analytics. • Build and maintain Excel & platform-based analytics, scorecards, and dashboards using data from multiple third-party platforms. • Support Power BI data management processes, refreshes, & user support requests. • Conduct analyses to identify performance drivers, trends, and opportunities using syndicated and proprietary data sources. • Design and deliver user training programs — including the creation of materials, facilitation of live sessions, and ongoing support — to drive adoption and data literacy across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial insights, or business intelligence • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders. • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data manipulation; experience with Power BI or other visualization tools. • Experience working with multiple data sources, including syndicated data providers (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, Spins) • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating and delivering user training and enabling adoption of analytics tools. • Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly learn organizational structures, commercial operations, and key performance drivers. • Collaborative mindset, able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics meet business needs. • Proactive and solutions-oriented, anticipating how changes in data or business processes impact reporting and decision-making.
