📋 Description

• We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with approximately 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and development, with a focus on scalability, performance, and integration across enterprise systems. • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, SPM etc.) • Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions that best leverage the platform capabilities. • Design integration frameworks between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, CRM platform, etc.) • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless delivery. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards. • Stay up to date with ServiceNow product releases and new features. • Work on ServiceNow upgrade and patch management planning. • Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines. • Change Management to ensure a smooth adoption of new features and functionality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. • Proficiency in designing custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow. • Knowledge of ITIL processes. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required. • Collaborate with Stakeholders and Customers.
