🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in software engineering • Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners spanning product, architecture, and business stakeholders • Strong and solid engineering fundamentals; recognizes patterns come and go • Steward of navigating product and engineering tradeoffs within the teams • Focused on what matters and driving what matters forward through deliberate influential action • Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Data driven strategy is at the root of their approach to problem solving • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, regardless of technology • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
