📋 Description

• Supports new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites • Partners with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans • Participates in performance improvement and crisis management support • Attends operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates • Helps manage UAT and volume stress testing • Engages in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums to gain experience and contribute to successful outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 0 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus • Strong attention to detail accuracy • Good organizational and personnel skills • Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation
