📋 Description

• Serve as the primary architecture and solution expert to engineering, customers, and partners • Provide guidance on product architecture, integrations, extensibility, and cloud deployment models • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Engineering teams to relay field insights and ensure architectural consistency • Conduct architecture deep-dives, design walkthroughs, and technical review sessions • Develop and demonstrate hands-on prototypes, technical accelerators, and proof-of-concepts • Act as a trusted advisor for technical and functional architecture-related queries • Advocate best practices around performance, scalability, maintainability, and compliance • Partner with Program Management, Product, and Engineering for technical alignment • Participate in pre-sales and solution discovery discussions • Develop and deliver technical enablement sessions, whitepapers, and field guides • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among field, support, and product teams • Mentor and develop engineers and architects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) • 10+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or technical consulting in enterprise software environments • Proven experience engaging with customers and partners in technical advisory or solution architect roles • Deep expertise in enterprise application architecture, including microservices, APIs, integrations, and SaaS/PaaS models • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Preferably Azure) and cloud-native design principles • Familiarity with insurance domain systems preferred • Proficiency in object-oriented design (.NET and Java) and database concepts
