📋 Description

• Support dv01’s Credit Facility offering and expand footprint in Warehouse Lending • Produce Borrowing Bases, Monthly Servicing Reports, and other reporting deliverables for borrowers, lenders, and counterparties • Be point of contact with hedge funds, banks, and asset originators to deliver time-sensitive reporting solutions • Work closely with engineering teams to develop and productize solutions using Excel, SQL, R, and internal tools • Prioritize, execute, and communicate status independently in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Focused, detail-oriented, multi-tasker • Comfortable with data analysis, validation, and manipulation • Mastery in Excel and SQL • Desire to learn more; experience with Python, R, and/or dbt a plus • Solid foundation in finance and basic understanding of key financial terms • Practical familiarity with warehouse financing: eligibility criteria, excess concentrations, advance rates, triggers, borrowing‑base mechanics, waterfalls, servicer/Trustee reporting (direct experience strongly preferred) • Ability to operate autonomously and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
