• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and solution designs for Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules). • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules. • Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify areas for process improvement, and recommend solution approaches. • Work with technical teams to define integration requirements, data migration, and system enhancements. • Support solution testing (UAT, regression, and integration testing) and manage issue resolution. • Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support post-implementation. • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. • 4–8 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM. • Strong understanding of CRM processes — lead management, sales pipeline, case management, customer service, and marketing automation. • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Working knowledge of Azure integrations, Dataverse, and security model. • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
