• Individual support • Welcome, inform and guide participants. • Identify needs, skills and barriers to employment. • Develop and monitor personalized integration pathways. • Assist with creating CVs, cover letters, administrative files and job-search techniques. • Workshop facilitation: co-facilitate group workshops and contribute to the development of new support modules. • Employer and partner relations: help develop a network of employment and training partners. • Administrative management: complete internal and external tracking tools, and participate in team meetings and activity reviews.
