📋 Description

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives and promotional campaigns • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive memberships, class bookings, and local brand awareness • Develop and refine ongoing social media and digital marketing strategies • Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth and optimization • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms • Manage and optimize Google Business Profile listings • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns • Develop lead generation strategies focused on membership acquisition and retention • Optimize website content and landing pages for search visibility

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns • Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization • Experience with social media content creation and community management • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data • Excellent communication and project management skills
