âą Serve as the primary point of contact for loan applicants âą Guide applicants through the loan application process âą Collect and review all necessary documents âą Enter and update applicant information in the loan processing system âą Verify the accuracy and completeness of application information âą Maintain open lines of communication with applicants and underwriters âą Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies âą Provide exceptional customer service to applicants
đŻ Requirements
âą Proven experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role âą Strong understanding of loan processing procedures âą Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail âą Proficient in data entry and loan processing software âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills âą Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work âą High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information âą Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus. âą A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
