• Serve as the primary point of contact for loan applicants • Guide applicants through the loan application process • Collect and review all necessary documents • Enter and update applicant information in the loan processing system • Verify the accuracy and completeness of application information • Maintain open lines of communication with applicants and underwriters • Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies • Provide exceptional customer service to applicants
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role • Strong understanding of loan processing procedures • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficient in data entry and loan processing software • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus. • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
