📋 Description

‱ Assist in managing and organizing real estate transactions, including document preparation, coordination with clients and agents, and maintaining transaction files. ‱ Conduct market research and gather property information to assist in property listings and buyer/seller presentations. ‱ Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and client appointments. ‱ Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and other communication channels. ‱ Manage and update real estate databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. ‱ Prepare marketing materials such as property flyers, brochures, and online listings. ‱ Assist with social media management and online marketing efforts to promote properties and generate leads. ‱ Assist in drafting and proofreading real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. ‱ Manage email correspondence and calendar for real estate agents, ensuring timely responses and scheduling. ‱ Conduct online research on industry trends, property values, and competitor analysis. ‱ Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents. ‱ Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Proven experience as a Real Estate Assistant or Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry. ‱ Strong knowledge of real estate processes, transaction coordination, and relevant legal documentation. ‱ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ‱ Proficient in using online tools and platforms such as CRM systems, document sharing platforms, email management tools, and social media platforms. ‱ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ‱ Attention to detail and accuracy in managing real estate transactions and paperwork. ‱ Familiarity with online marketing and social media management in the real estate context. ‱ Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player. ‱ High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential client information. ‱ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ‱ Real estate license or certification is a plus.
