📋 Description
• Pilotage complet des projets IT : cadrage, planification, exécution, suivi des livrables et reporting. • Gestion de projets complexes : migrations Cloud, intégration IA, automatisation, sécurité, scalabilité et performance. • Coordination transverse : collaboration étroite avec les équipes Cloud Ops, DevOps, R&D, Sécurité, Customer Success, Support et CSM. • Suivi et gouvernance : définition des indicateurs de performance (KPI), mise en place de tableaux de bord, animation des comités projet et gestion des risques. • Interface client : gestion de projets clients stratégiques, reporting régulier, accompagnement et suivi post-déploiement.
🎯 Requirements
• Expérience confirmée (5+ ans) en gestion de projets IT complexes, dont au moins 3 ans dans un environnement Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP ou Oracle). • Maîtrise des référentiels de gestion de projet : PMI, Prince2, ITIL, ou équivalents. • Solides compétences en méthodologies Agile / Scrum / Kanban , et capacité à naviguer dans des environnements multi-équipes. • Bonne compréhension des environnements Datacenter , IA appliquée à l’exploitation IT , automatisation , CI/CD , monitoring , sécurité et conformité . • Anglais professionnel courant (oral et écrit).
