📋 Description

• Lead the coordination and execution of cross-functional product initiatives from planning through delivery. • Establish and manage operational cadences such as product roadmap reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, and performance dashboards. • Identify and proactively resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams. • Develop and maintain standardized documentation, reporting, and governance processes that promote consistency and transparency. • Drive structured problem-solving to unblock delivery challenges, facilitate decision-making, and maintain momentum on key priorities. • Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into executable plans with clear ownership and measurable results. • Support data-driven decision-making by ensuring metrics and performance tracking are reliable and visible. • Implement clear tracking and follow-up processes to ensure commitments are met, actions are completed, and deliverables stay on schedule. • Continuously improve processes to enhance delivery speed, quality, and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product operations. • 3+ years in aprogram/project management, or a similar cross-functional role. • Experience in technology, fintech, or crypto environments is required. • Proven success managing multiple initiatives and negotiating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Proven success driving accountability, resolving complex problems, and managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong ownership mindset, proactive, accountable, and execution-oriented. • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement. • Proficiency with project and product tools particularly Jira.
