📋 Description

• Own P&L for live commerce trading cards case breaks category and deliver GMV targets • Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential live sellers, brands, and creators • Coach sellers on live selling, content, and performance • Develop pipeline of engaging live events and innovative shoppertainment formats • Track category performance, run pilots, define KPIs and scalable best practices • Partner with marketing, product, and operations; manage category-specific budgets and operations

• Breaks specific experience, whether professional experience, a side business, or deep personal passion • A point of view on what eBay Live needs to do to win in this market • Excellent analytical skills; ability to pull insights from data, create and test hypotheses, and read out results • Hunger to work in a very fast paced startup environment with rapid iteration and flexibility to work extended hours if needed • Creativity to work around product gaps to grow this business • Coach sellers on assortment, run-of-show/format ideas, on-camera performance, audience engagement, and analytics for growth
