📋 Description
• Develop visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, web layouts, social ads, presentations, ebooks, etc. • Communicate clearly and effectively with assigned clients in order to influence project direction • Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately • Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews • Assist in determining the message the design should portray and help to ensure branding consistency and quality, including the evolution and ongoing upkeep of templates & resources • Develop relationships with assigned clients to maintain a tight brand presence across these organizations • Accurately implement EBQ’s processes • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly target(s) established by supervisor • Retain training and direction from management • Adhere to company policies and values • Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients • Performs other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field • Strong understanding of design principles • Proficiency with wireframing/UI/UX • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word • Proficiency in the following tool sets is desirable but not required: WordPress, WPBakery (or similar Page Builders)
