📋 Description

• Design stable, reusable, and scalable end-to-end RPA and intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform, ensuring they align with organizational best practices. • Lead process optimization and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts to define and document the scope of automation. • Oversee the development and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD). • Consult and provide expert guidance on implementing RPA technologies, techniques, and processes to transform and enhance current business operations. • Orchestrate and manage UiPath Orchestrator components, including robots, schedules, configuration files, assets, and queues. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and analysts, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to quality standards and development methodologies. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements to help establish and scale their automation capabilities. • Stay current with the latest advancements in UiPath and RPA to identify opportunities for innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Secret (or above) Security Clearance. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or related experience. • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with significant experience as an RPA Developer, Solution Architect, or a combination of both. • Expertise in the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Suite) and a deep understanding of the Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework). • Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting scalable RPA solutions in an enterprise environment. • Solid understanding of IT systems, process optimization, deployment pipelines, and risk analysis. • Experience with version control systems (e.g., git) and agile development methodologies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and demonstrate solution capabilities.
