• Build and manage relationships with system integrators, UAS manufacturers, and technology partners developing GBDAA solutions that enable BVLOS flight operations. • Identify and pursue direct sales opportunities with key accounts where Echodyne’s radar delivers critical detect-and-avoid capabilities. • Identify internal and external support needed to cultivate strategic partnerships. • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives within prospective partners and customers. • Lead the development of partner profiles, including partner needs, issues, hopes, and biases. • Conduct high-level conversations with aviation program managers, UAS operators, and technical stakeholders to position Echodyne as the preferred radar solution for GBDAA. • Conduct on-site overviews and training of the product and represent Echodyne at conferences and test sites.
• Deep understanding of BVLOS and GBDAA operations and the broader UAS ecosystem. • Proven ability to generate revenue through both partner and direct sales channels. • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. • Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to articulate technical concepts. • Ability to develop a partner plan that aligns with the overall corporate strategic plan. • Experienced in owning meetings/presentations at executive levels. • Ability to work in a cross-functional team. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
