📋 Description
• Record journal entries for activity and transactions related to assigned accounts • Prepare, reconcile, and analyze balance sheet accounts • Support month-end close for international entities • Support technical GAAP analysis of new company initiatives and transactions • Assist with audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and schedules • Assist with Monthly, quarterly and annual Financial and Bank Compliance Reporting • Perform analytical reviews, focusing on compensation and benefits expenses • Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams on accounting matters • Support software and project initiatives by providing recommendations • Build and present ad-hoc reports to support monthly analyses • Support fixed asset monthly and quarterly close activities • Identify opportunities to improve processes and controls around month end close
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required • 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting required; 1-2 years with an audit firm preferred • CPA preferred • Extensive knowledge of US GAAP • Experience with Oracle ERP preferred • Strong accounting, reconciliation, and analytic skills, especially in compensation and benefits areas • Proficient in MS Excel.
