📋 Description

• Responsible for planning, executing, and localizing marketing initiatives across Eastern European markets. • Ensure strong brand presence, effective retail activations, and measurable business growth in cooperation with sales and channel partners. • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creating assets, content, graphics, and promotional materials. • Develop tailored marketing assets for e-tail, retail, and do-it-yourself stores. • Help to manage the company's digital presence, including local transcreations for website, social media, and e-tail customers. • Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation. • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches. • Create briefings, ensure high-quality project management and reporting. • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field • Strong communication and organizational skills • Communication-oriented collaboration style • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Familiarity with common marketing tools • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Fluency in English is required; fluency in an Eastern European language (e.g. Polish) is a strong advantage
