📋 Description
• Design, develop, and implement new features while improving existing systems. • Write clean, maintainable, testable, and performant code across the stack. • Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards. • Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, including production monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to align on requirements and timelines. • Mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing. • Contribute to improving engineering processes, tools, and workflows.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and languages • 5+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript • Experience with React for front-end development • Strong understanding of HTTP, API design, and RESTful architectures • Experience developing high-traffic, production-grade systems • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD workflows • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Linux, and bash scripting (preferred) • Proficiency with SQL and relational database design • Legally eligible to work in Canada and/or the U.S
