📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges, translating them into clear product and technical requirements • Serve as Product Owner for one or more agile teams — managing backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing work to deliver maximum value • Partner with Product Managers to define product vision and roadmap, aligning with company strategy and user needs • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Design teams • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and efficiency gains • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, user flows, and acceptance criteria • Support release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery cycles • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to continuously refine requirements and inform product direction • Champion the voice of the customer and ensure usability, accessibility, and quality standards are met • Help identify risks, dependencies, and constraints that may impact delivery timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software or SaaS environments • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or e-learning industries is a strong asset • Legally eligible to work in Canada and/or the U.S.
