📋 Description

• Collect, assemble, validate and submit residential mortgage loan documentation • Support Mortgage Loan Officers, customers, and realtors • Process residential mortgage loan types including conforming conventional, non-conforming, government and housing agency loans • Review, evaluate and determine debt-to-income and loan-to-value limitations • Serve as point of contact for customers, resolve questions or concerns • Liaise between Loan Officers and Underwriters • Provide accurate and timely coordination of redisclosures

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 5 or more years Residential mortgage banking experience, including processing and/or underwriting • Fluency in the Spanish language (read, write, and speak)
