📋 Description

• Works with prospective customers to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan • Spends 80% or more of working time outside of Fulton office locations • Develops and expands referral sources outside of Fulton Bank • Maintains regular contact with Realtors • Meets with builders on job sites • Participates in building and trade shows • Participates in mixers related to real estate • Collects and analyzes applicant’s financial information • Identifies customer’s needs • Recommends financial products which best meet the customer’s specific needs • Engages in customer specific persuasive sales activity • Performs work related to the loans the employee originates • Completes paperwork related to the loans originated • Ensures loan originations are in accordance with regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 4 or more years recent residential mortgage lending experience to include experience in the local market • 4 or more years proven ability to develop referral sources from contacts and relationships outside the organization
