📋 Description

• Own EFY’s entire web ecosystem end-to-end—leading strategy, design, development, performance, and governance. • Lead architecture, design, development, and evolution of all EFY websites. • Build a scalable, modular, standardized Webflow infrastructure. • Create and maintain a unified component library and reusable template system. • Define and prioritize the web roadmap. • Align with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and the CEO. • Create enterprise-level interfaces for HNWIs, corporate clients, and fintech users. • Implement complex capabilities: CMS architectures, Webflow Logic, API Integrations, etc.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years leading complex Webflow builds. • Proven expertise in: • Webflow CMS, Logic, Interactions • HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Figma (UI/UX, components, prototyping) • API Integrations (REST/Webhooks) • Technical SEO • Core Web Vitals optimization • CMS architecture & scaling • Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-traffic environments. • Ability to lead roadmap, prioritize, and make autonomous decisions.
