📋 Description

• Design and develop educational programs for the raw materials industry. • Create high-quality, compelling learning materials from digital content to full courses. • Collaborate with marketing to promote programs and attract learners. • Plan and align educational initiatives with industry trends and future needs. • Implement programs from pilot phases to full-scale launch. • Use data to continuously improve programs for learning outcomes. • Ensure programs and content meet necessary standards and benchmarks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in educational program design and content creation. • Experience in VET education. • Experience working with blue and grey-collar workers in the industry. • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects. • Stellar written and verbal communication skills in English. • Creative thinker who can produce engaging and impactful learning materials. • Experience in marketing educational programs and attracting learners. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. • Nice to have: Knowledge of the raw materials sector or related industries. • Nice to have: Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning tech.
