📋 Description

• Type: Independent Contractor • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ARG • Pull weekly reports on all active split tests across funnels and products. • Analyze test performance against core CRO KPIs: Landing Page CTR & CVR%, Checkout CVR%, AOV, Sub Take Rate%, Refund%, Offer metrics, Retention metrics. • Deliver clear, actionable insights to guide test decisions: scale winning variations, iterate on underperforming tests, kill tests with no potential. • Maintain an organized testing dashboard in ClickUp and RedTrack. • Validate each test before launch: ensure only intended variable is tested, traffic splits correctly, targeting matches, tracking accurate. • Identify extra variables or inconsistencies that could invalidate results. • Serve as final gatekeeper before a test goes live to ensure statistical validity and clean data. • Write clear, detailed briefs for developers with objectives, hypotheses, technical requirements and tracking points. • Collaborate with CRO function owners, developers, Ops Specialist, Media Buying Team. • Maintain detailed records for every test in ClickUp and update Proven Winners Library. • Present reports and findings during weekly CRO meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, QA for testing, or digital marketing operations. • Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (AI, Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or similar). • Strong understanding of statistical validity and test design. • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). • Preferred: Experience in analytics tools (e.g, Google Looker Studio) and subscription business models. • Preferred: Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools. • Preferred: Knowledge of basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) to effectively communicate with developers. • Prior experience writing test briefs or providing QA for A/B tests.
