• Recruitment Assistant for a Canadian based company • Responsibilities: Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates for various job openings. • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate's suitability. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and hiring decisions. • Assist with various admin work within the team • Work from Home • Work Schedule: (Lebanon time zone) Monday to Saturday: 4 PM to 12 AM
