📋 Description

• Own core close processes for assigned areas like cash automation, AP, accruals, and prepaids • Identify and lead automation initiatives for close workflows leveraging ERP functionality • Partner cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for federal and SALT compliance • Maintain and enhance SOX-lite internal controls and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP • Comfortability and experience with AI tools • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (preferred) and expert level knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (required) • Desire to Learn • Proven track record of building and improving processes from scratch • Ability to own problems end-to-end • High attention to detail and strong organization skills
