📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • 4+ years of hands-on experience in OTM and/or GTM implementations and support. • Strong understanding of transportation and global trade business processes. • Experience in OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, etc. • Working knowledge of GTM modules including Compliance Screening, Trade Agreements, Trade Party Management. • Ability to gather requirements, perform configurations, testing, and deployment. • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SQL, and integration with other systems via web services/APIs. • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and logistics. • Strong analytical and communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
