📋 Description

• Collaborate with business users, implementation teams, and technical resources to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to workflows in Helios®. • Assess current business processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, optimization, and standardization. • Design and document workflow solutions, business process maps, user stories and functional requirements aligned with Helios® capabilities. • Work closely with the configuration and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as designed. • Develop and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and gap analyses to support Helios® enhancements and implementations. • Facilitate requirements workshops, process design sessions, and workflow validation meetings with business and technical teams. • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triaging, ensuring workflows meet business needs. • Support training materials and change management efforts related to new or modified workflows. • Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow functionality within Helios®, advising stakeholders on best practices and solution approaches.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS implementations. • Strong experience with Payor Clinical workflow design, process mapping, and process reengineering. • Proven ability to gather requirements, write clear user stories and functional specifications, and facilitate effective meetings. • Experience with workflow diagramming tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Team-oriented and collaborative working style. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to support assigned programs. • Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
